  • “Ready to wear”
  • Minimal teeth and mouth protection

Customized Mouth Guard

  • Created from an impression of your teeth
  • Professional lab creates a mold and constructs a night guard to fit your teeth

The Process

Dental night guards are customized to fit the natural ridges of your teeth. Our Jupiter FL dentist will take an impression of your upper and lower teeth. The mold is composed of plaster material and will be sent to a lab to create your night guard.

Then, the night guard is constructed from hard acrylic or soft laminate for comfort and protection. When our office receives the guard, you will be contacted to come in for a fitting. Your new night guard will be comfortable and allow breathability to avoid teeth grinding at night.

Night Guard Care

We recommend brushing your nightguard and rinsing it after each use. You may soak the guard in a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution for at least 10 minutes. Please, store your night guard in a ventilated case in the morning. Before using, always rinse before putting it in your mouth.

Grinding your teeth is a dangerous and sometimes silent bad habit that you may not realize is harming your smile before it’s too late.
